Sunday Omotuyi is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of International Relations, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He is an Editorial Board member of Ife Journal of International Affair and a Research Associate, Institute for the Future of Knowledge, University of Johannesburg, South Africa. He is also a Visiting Scholar at the Accra Business School, Accra, Ghana. He has published in reputable national and international journals, focusing on democracy and democratisation, Nigerian Foreign Policy, Borderlands and Border Diplomacy and Security in Africa. Some of these articles have appeared in African Security, India Quarterly, African Identities and The African Review among others.
Bolanle Wasiu Shiyanbade is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Public Administration, Obafemi Awolowo University. He has published articles in reputable local and international outlets. He has interest in amplifying marginalised voices within the context of governance and administration. He currently works on Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) in Nigeria with the support of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals Fund.
Olusegun. O. Olaniyi holds a Ph.D. in Economic History from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He has published articles in respectable local and international journals. He was awarded the British Academy grants to participate in a writing workshop at the University of Ibadan in 2023. He is equally a grantee of Center for History and Economics, Harvard University, U.S.A, Springs 2023 as well as Bowen University, Iwo, 2022 and 2023 Research cycles. He is a fellow of French Institute for Research in Africa, IFRA-Nigeria and Ife Institute of Advanced Studies. His research interests are on Economic and Social History of Nigeria with special interest in Development studies.
Oladunni Mary Owolabi teaches History at Bowen University, Iwo. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in History and International Studies and a Master’s degree in African History from Bowen University and the University of Ibadan respectively. She is currently a doctoral student in African History at the University of Ibadan. Her research interests are social, cultural and environmental history focusing on the intricate intersection between society, culture, and environment. She is a fellow of the Ife Institute of Advanced Studies (IIAS).
Temitope Peter Ola holds Ph.D. in International Relations of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. His research interests are in international politics, terrorism, and development issues in the global south. Dr. Ola’s findings in these research areas have appeared in peer review local and international journal outlets such as the Journal of International Women’s Studies, African Identities, The African Review and African Journal of Rhetorics among others.
Tosin Christianah Akinjobi-Babatunde is a Senior Social Worker with Northamptonshire Children’s Trust in the United Kingdom. She taught courses in the Department of History and International Relations at Elizade University, Ilara-Mokin, Nigeria. Akinjobi-Babatunde’s research interests include gender and security issues, and social issues that affect women and children.
Babatunde Allen Bakare is a lecturer in the Department of Dramatic Arts, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is a member of the International Federation for Theatre Research (IFTR) and The Society of Nigeria Theatre Artists (SONTA). His articles have appeared in reputable journals such as Ibadan Journal of Theatre Arts, Performance Research, South African Theatre Journal and Studies in Costume &Performance among others.
Gbenga Emmanuel Adeboye is a graduate of Dramatic Arts Department, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and He is currently a graduate student of Theatre and Media Studies at Federal University, Lafia, Nasarawa State.
O. Adu-Peters holds a Ph.D. degree of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, the first female to so do. Her inherent passion for learning and research earned her three master degrees from University of Ibadan, Ibadan and Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, respectively. She also holds a certificate in Human Resources Management of Aston American University, Honolulu, USA. Dr. Adu-Peters was the Head of the Department of History, Adeyemi College of Education from 2019 to 2023.
