Contributions

The Editor invites scholarly articles from researchers in Africa and beyond. Articles should represent original contributions to knowledge and have a bias for the application of historical methodology. The principal regional focus is Africa, but the Editor welcomes contributions on other areas, especially those based on comparative third world experiences.

Manuscripts should be typed double-spaced and submitted in duplicate, with notes and references consistent with the Chicago Manual of styles (14th Edition). Recommended maximum length of each article is 6,000 words including notes and references. All articles and book reviews should be addressed to:

SUBSCRIPTION:

Subscription rates per volume are: USA, $20; UK 12; Africa and the rest of the world $25. Students get 25% discount. The subscription however is subject to subsequent review as the editorial board may consider necessary.
